This leads to customers becoming angry because they think we are not responding when actually we have repeatedly. This is critical on all orders where we cannot pick up the phone and call. Shipping is usually by UPS.

Shipping charges for all orders will be determined by weight of package. If it is greater than the amount already added for shipping/handling, we will contact the customer by e-mail for approval of the additional charges. Orders will not be shipped until we have that approval.

Images Received:

When You send Us images, We will do our best to make them Print to the best the Image itself can print. Not all images are created equal. We print on a large format printer, ( it's 6' long OK ) The image needs to be at least 150dpi and we prefer jpg format. When necessary we will convert other file formats. If you receive your product and the image is not to your liking, it's the image you sent Us. We are not responsible for bad output from bad images. We do the best we can with what you send us.
